What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address. When you talk to the axolotl in "What's up": the name and contact details you type in.

What we use it for

To deliver your order, send you updates about it, and answer you. If you tick the box at checkout, we also tell you about new drops by email and WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who sees it

Razorpay processes your payment on its own secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. The courier gets your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel. Our email service holds your email address if you sign up for drop news. We don't sell your details to anyone.

In your browser

The site keeps a few things on your own device: your cart (until you close the tab), the pieces you heart, your game high scores, and whether you've unlocked the preview. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time, using the contact details on our contact page.
